Comments:
Slept ok but was up pretty early and it was out the door off to home. Nice sunny day post eclipse and it was just me on the road. I realize I still have a lot to do but I needed a little brain dump day. You do what you can do. Got a little congested coming in with some post eclipse traffic for sure. It got kinda hot in the afternoon but I still braved a run around town. Good for me. Ran down to IHS on mostly Plain St then came back Linn. There was a dual meet going on so I stopped off and watched for a little bit. A hot spring day like today really brought back some memories. Made it back on good pace today it was nice to be home.

Essentials: Stretch

I barely stretched because I was sweaty from today. Not too sore from workout or from road mileage. Good stuff today actually felt like I had some sustainable running on me.
