I went into this very miserable because I'm sick and tired of my knee not getting any better. I did a 10 minute warm-up, a 30 minute "tempo" and a 20 minute cooldown. I was planning on a 40 minute "tempo" but just lost the will to do it. I had no will to do any of this today.
