Comments:
workout went alright, wanted to do a two-a-day, but it's not gonna happen, my legs didn't even want to do this one, too soon after the long run, and not enough sleep in the last couple days i guess. hips/it bands were really tired throughout workout, shoulders tired during cooldown, and it was really slow. went a tad further than last week, but also went two minutes further. i think these fartleks are just more tired than the one from last week.
