Weather: 82 but cloudy, kind of humid
Comments:
weather felt really nice but my legs were tired from my long run. i was planning on running shorter then going to lift, but i'd rather run longer than shorter in the beginning of the week. plus most of the things i do in the weight room can be done in my apartment, so i'll do abs, leg things, push ups and dips in a few hours (id do them now but i just ate a root beer float and am about to make dinner). anyway, it was a new route, and i liked the change:
euclid hts, coventry, shaker lake trails on the s park side and a short foray into the nature preserve, then west park, s woodland, lee, s park, north park, harcourt, cedar, surrey
