Mostly walked on the treadmill for my first exercise in sometime. Felt fine walking, ran a few minutes felt okay. Didn't want to push it too hard, so I just tried to stay committed to 35 minutes of some form of exercise. Working tomorrow, but plan on waking up doing another 35 minutes mostly of walking, mixed in with a few spots of running.
