ran to AU, did drills and dynamics. two laps, jogging curves, sprinting straightaways. super fun bounding. two hundred at 47 seconds to get 800 pace. 800, target time 3:10, we messed up and got 3:20ish. two 400s, target time 90. one at 87, one at 89. two 200s, as fast as we could (mentality as coined by jack): go gold or go home!). one at 36, one at 34. overall felt good... 800 was frustrating. ran home.
