Weather: Crisp, cold, a bit of snow/ice on the ground

Comments:
This was a fantastic run. I felt good. Just kept on running but didnt want to push myself too much. Kept a steady (and probably very slow) pace. A bit dissappointed to find I hadnt ran much distance-wise but thats fine. No shoulder pains or anything. The sports massage obviously worked!
