Comments:
The first 6 miles were between 7.5 and 8.3 mph. The next 4.5 miles, I went from 8.5 to 8.7 mph. For the last 1.5 miles, I went from 9.0 to 10.5 mph. My highest speed was run during the last 0.1 miles. I felt pretty good. The cushy, supportive shoes with the orthotics helped.
