Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The first 7 miles were at 7.5 mph. For the next 3 miles, I went from 7.7 to 8.3 mph. And, for the last two miles, I increased very much so and went from 8.5 to 9.0 mph. I actually felt pretty good. The left PTT hurt at first. But, the pain did die down.
