Comments:
Met down at 50W today for a nice trail run. Got there just in time. Trailhead was packed. Felt fine going out but was worried about Achilles being a little tight. I still stuck with top group out then dropped back to pee and take my own pace back. That was fine still working into it. Glad to get something under my feet here and maintain with the heat which is still up there.

Essentials: Stretch

Barely stretched because we finished up with drinks and burgers at 50W. Just cooled down and chilled down, now everything tightens up. But at least I am not hungry
