Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Mid day run was probably the hottest part of the day but it wasnt that bad. In fact I like the way the weather is going now. Ran up Edwards and did most of a Richmans then back. Didnt feel fast today but felt like I was putting work in. Legs are tired now and was cramping up a little on the way back.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I returned. Need consistency to feel like I am back at it because I feel like I haven't been running much right now.
