Comments:
Again, late afternoon run I even took a nap right before but I knew I had to go get anything in. Ran down Edwards and back on Alpine. Good hills. It was fine legs definitely felt heavy today so I did what I could to get around. Weather again damn near perfect.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch and lots of gravity stretch. Mind just wandered was kinda brain dead when I got back.
