Comments:
The first 4 miles were run between 9.0 and 9.6 mph. The second 3.95 miles were run between 9.7 and 11.7 mph. I reached a speed of 12.0 mph for the last 0.05 miles. I had to take a break after 4 miles because of skin irritation on my left foot sole. Otherwise, the run felt GREAT!!
