Comments:
I did it I made it out in time to get to run club. It was a good crew and I actually set the pace today. Felt better than I did this weekend for sure. Ran other way past Xavier. I heard Listermann closed which is really really sad. Anyways way back was tough but we fought. Lets just say I am glad that I busted out and went for some good mileage. Run home was pretty slow honestly.

Ok stretch when I got back. I was super hungry and dehydrated. No way I drank enough water today.
