Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wanted to get something in today despite run club disbandment and it was a tough day back at school. I cut out and got to go on time. Karl at least wanted to run still so we met at the regular time. It was nice we could add on a little bit. Ran down Wasson to start then up through the neighborhood to Ault. Came out the backside and finished with a Mt Lookout loop ending in Hyde Park Square. Ill be honest, I was pretty beat down, very hungry and dehydrated and it would have been very tough alone so Im glad Karl was there. Pulled me along at the end. I walked the last bit home to make it just to 8.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch actually after I refueled. I was just beat after this one. Knee was kinda tight too so I rolled for the first time in a while. That felt better but still I could work on that a little more.
