Comments:
This was hard to get out and do. I was just so drained from this week and I was in early today with a lot to get done. But I did and it was worth it for a nice one. It was still a little too hot today. Ran down to Robertson and back on Brotherton and Wasson. Nice little loop. I didnt feel great starting out but think I picked it up enough on the way back
Essentials: Stretch, roll
IT been a little tight on the right side recently. But its alright after rolling. Good to feel more mileage this week.
