Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I got up early and slept on off but Phil and Mal took the opportunity to sleep in. We got back very late last night and everyone was definitely tired. I debated getting a run in or just hitting the road. Now glad I waited because the weather today was fantastic and I needed to be in the woods for just a little bit. We ran fine pace was all over but we kept plugging along. Phil certainly needed the detox. And what can I say other than the weather, the leaves, the everything was great out there and I didnt have enough to fully embrace it.
Essentials: Stretch
I did get a good stretch upon returning then filled up with some bunch. Legs kinda sore now honestly. Not a great set up for a drive back but I got to imagine I am so used to it by now. This has been a lot of CLE in the past few months and I am all for it.
