Weather: Cold, but not too bad
Comments:
Ran a hill workout toady. 3x200 2x400 3x200. The first 200 was easy 100 hard 100. THe second was hard then easy. And the last was hard the whole way. Quarters were probably at tempo pace. Felt pretty good. My legs are not as trashed from the weekend as they were last weekend. Probably due to the lack of a workout after the meet. The hill workout today was really light. It was like 4k total so I did a real long cooll down afterwards. Phil and Kurt ran some with me. Felt pretty good on the hills. Felt like I was moving good and was not overly taxed by any one interval. Fine workout overall. This week will probably be more mileage because we don't have a meet at all.
