Comments:
Took a long lunch break. Have been craving a long run, but with the weather it isn't possible to do it outside. Felt pretty good on this one. No knee pain or major discomfort. Set the pace at 7.2 for the first 6 miles then cranked it up progressively through the last mile (8 to 8.5 and finally 9 for the final 1/4 mile). Drank about 12 oz water and likely sweated out more than that.
