Did our strength day. Felt pretty good. I was never taxed really at all. Had lunch a little late which sucked cuz I had a cramp for most of it. Felt good. The pace was stedy and we were right on all our splits. Good workout overall. We ran as a big group with the true milers and were all fine. My mileage is definitly higher than past weeks which is probably a good thing.
Workout format: 8x800 2:40 then 2:30 2 min rest between.
Misc streaches, MB abs, 2x max pushups, pullups.
RHR: 40
Slept: 6-6.5 hours
