Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 mile warmup. 8x800m with 2 min. rest(about 800m of jogging total), 2:40 then 2:30. 2 mile cooldown. Felt fine. Calves were a little sore. Ran pissed off for a little while bc we had to run backwards around the track which is stupid and was hurting my left foot on the outside which is where i usually plant when going the correct way. But whatever. Easy workout. Never really lost my breath.
