Weather: Muggy as always

I didn't get a chance to even take a breather today, so it seemed like a nice really easy run would be a good idea. This makes sure that we are fully recovered after the race. This run was immensely enjoyable because there was no consideration of pace or distance beyong making sure that it felt good.
