Exercise Type: Weights

Today I did an upper body work out. My first one in the gym in couple of months. I am super sore from yesterday. Iweigh 161 today. I almost cried, but then I figured that I could only go down from here. In August I weighed 139. I haven't been able to run since. I am easing my way back into it. Not only will Iget back into amazing shape, and get back to 139, I am going to weigh 129! Well, my journey begins today! I can do it. 6 months from now I am going to look back at this and smile. I will run a marathon, and run a mile in under 7 minutes!~
