Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Due to my new schedule, I just went for an easy 5 mile run today. Elaine and I had a good talk, she's really excited for racing Friday, although she's also really nervous. She should do really well though :)
We ran around the first lake and came back at a leisurely pace. Nothing hurt, my legs feel great for the first time in forever. They just get tired easily...but after my run, I did 5x100s just to work on speed. I'm still not used to this whole sprinting thing...stretched, did abs, just a relaxed day overall
