Sprinter Workout

Warmed up for forever, bunch of drills for 30 minutes...didn't realize that so many drills existed!

350m - 58sec
8 minutes rest
300m - 49sec
8 minutes rest
250m - 40sec
2 minutes rest
4x50m - <8sec

cooled down 1 mile with Paul

Workout felt better than last week, although I still feel extremely slow. I just need to work on getting out, because I go the same pace as Sam, Alyssa, and Leslie - if not faster, for making up for my slow starts!

Breathing was a little off today and my heartrate felt really high, but I think it was just the new sprinting form of running and the dryness of the indoor track.

Paul keeps giving me shit for not rooming with him next year, but there's nothing I can do! I gave my word, and backing out would just be mean...so he has to deal with it! He'll see me lots anyway
