I suppose this run actually took place on Wednesday.. but we will still count it Tuesday... Supposed to do 6 - 9 mi @ 8min/mi pace.. ran 6 at a bit faster of a pace. Felt good. could taste the pizza. Had continuous water source during the run, helped dry mouth. Also, as a note; I am starting to take multivitamins regularly again.
Now it is time to get some sleep!
