Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First workout/run back since my slight injury. A little sore, but definitely good enough to run on. 12x400m workout w/ 100m rest in between. Tried to gauge pace off the first one with my goal being 79s. However, I found that I couldn't go that slow. I was able to hold on to 77s and closed in 68, and it didn't feel too hard. Overall a great workout.
