1/2 marathon training run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Shelby Park - 38 degrees with some brisk wind

Comments:
Tough training w/o my running buddy, especially for the longest run of the 1/2 marathon prep but managed through it with some good tunes. Between miles 10-11 my knees stiffened up bad. Deep bends helped loose them up. Need to determine when to take water during the race since right now I'm running w/o.
