4 miles on the treadmill in just over 27:00 minutes... actually felt pretty good and worked the pace down to 6:15 at the end... then biked 20 minutes (just shy of 8 miles)... ran half a mile on the indoor track... and lifted

starting to feel good to actually get some moderately real exercise on both the run and the bike... it's a start... the achilles is doing fairly well... the pain usually isn't the same two days in a row... tonight it was closer to the bottom of my heel, past the insertion, so things are shifting around and I'm hoping that's attributable to the new orthotics and all of the stretching... I'm definitely striking more on my midfoot... I'm at least optimistic and thinking about maybe going after some 800m and 1500m PRs in outdoor... we'll see

oh, and I PR'ed in bench press by A LOT... I guess all of the push-ups are helping out... of course, I'll never put on a pound of muscle to show for it
