Weather: nice, sunny, breezy
Comments:
got some hills in, legs didn't feel sore stretching, but were pretty achy when i actually started running. tomorrow should be good to loosen them back up.
regular hilly route
lifted and ups after. raced and destroyed a guy on his bike on the way back up cedar from lifting. that guy must have felt like a fool.
