500 felt rough, really rough. I've never felt so tired in my life - and only after 200 meters! Hopefully it's just due to the change in my workouts - after all, this week is my first week doing sprint stuff each day.

400 was my season best so far, but I don't feel like it's where I need to be...I need to learn how to sprint, not just stride...

I just kinda sorta feel that everything is overwhelming. I mean, everyone is telling me to do this, do that. I don't know how to do everything! I need to learn....but I don't know how to learn...oh well, I guess it'll just take time....and I do have three years
