Almost scratched because I felt like shit. I knew beforehand no matter how I ran I would get 2nd. Anyways, just went out and ran a bunch of 36's and closed a little bit so I could pr. Never felt aggressive during the race, more like it was a workout. Think if I was healthy/into it I could go low 8:50's right now. Got some sudafed and am going to cut out the beer this week so I can get healthy for Denison. I'd like to pop a 4:22/4:23 there.
