My knee was bothering me more by my standards from the last couple weeks, but felt okay by my older standards. Maybe getting better involves a little toughing it out? Anyway, I have been getting much better at ellipticalling the last couple weeks and I managed under 7:00 pace with a 165 heart rate. I made sure to ice really well afterward so I can hopefully run tomorrow?
