Night Moves

Comments:
Ran with Athens down West St James to Cedar and back up, nice and easy. Knee is getting better and I am starting to get better with doing wall sits and calf raises to get the left leg up to snuff. This I will run 4 days this week for 15, then 5 days for 20, then 6 days for 25 and keep building by 5 and staying at 6 days a week for a while. Need to make sure I get enough sleep and all that good stuff.
