So I had no clue it was storming outside until I came to the front door of House 2. So I hung around for a minute and headed out. Before I even got past the Village's Starbucks, though, a lightning bolt overhead sent me scurrying onto the Village workout room treadmill. So I ran the first mile at 7:00 then began a progression run where I hit the Speed Up button once (.1 mph faster) every half-mile for the next 6.5 miles. Ended up cutting down from a 6:52 first mile to a 5:40 last mile.
