Hello, its been awhile. I haven't been running that much since cross country ended, when it ended I picked up weight lifting, swimming, and bike riding instead. I've been doing a lot of all three for the past couple of months, however I just went on two runs recently, so I thought I'd add them in here.

The first one was a long run, at a conversational pace from 9:00 to 10:00pm. It was cold at first, but not for long. It felt great to be out running again, I was surprised, but happy to see that the 4 month break from running didn't leave me to weak to run for an hour. I felt great for almost the entire time.

The second run was a two and a half mile fast paced run. Was extremely surprised to see that I could run faster, and had much more endurance than I did back during cross country season. Apparently all the weight lifting, biking, and swimming made a huge difference in my running.
