WU 2 miles around campus and up to Overlook/Kenilworth intersection

8*(2:00on, 1:00off, 1:00on, :30off). Most of it was a Overlook Parkway Edgehill Washington block.

CD back to Veale and an extra mile. stretch, abs, 2*(25dips, 30pushups)

wow, mapmyrun says we were flying. felt really good today, probably because of not doubling. I've discovered doubling doesn't detract from my workouts; I can just hammer the workouts harder. I probably won't pick up doubling again or worry about getting back to 80 miles until after indoor UAA.
