Weird workout, do 100 hard, 200 easy, 200 hard, as if finishing a race. 100s sucked, can't sprint, and the 200s were just the same as always - except the 2nd one. Somehow I managed to sprint....
Warmed up 2 miles, did 400 between each set, then cooled down 800. Overall, legs felt okay, shins felt bad.
