I feel good

This run was great. We started out running really comfortable to pace ourselves out for the 15 miles. I felt like I went out a little too fast on our last one, and a conservative long run is just a good idea anyway. That "really comfortable" was 6:40/mile, which was a pleasant surprise. After the halfway mark we loosened up a little bit on being conservative and did a string of some really good miles. 6:36, 6:32, 6:28, 6:23, 6:32. Woo, that felt good. My breathing was quite easy the whole time, too. I think it's a sign of improved VO2max. Days like this make me glad I'm a runner.
