Hurdles

Comments:
Didn't really do much, expected to go for a run tomorrow - but I've been told that I'm not allowed to run this weekend.
Warmed up, did hurdles, stretched, abs, shin stuff, iced (ice bath was closed). Hurdles were okay. Kinda frustrating. Rubin accidentally made the hurdles too high at one point, but besides that, I was getting there.
