Called it good at 8.4 of 10 b/c knees were hurting (mostly from a stretch of unshoveled path that put serious strain on my knees). Had Less Than Jake's "Jen" in my head most of the run. Probably need to get new shoes. These feel like bricks right now.

Added cooldown b/c I was like 2 miles from my house and got bored of walking.
