Comments:
With Brent, a tough workout. Went out Zion to Hopewell as a warm up. Then 10 min, 60 second jog, 10 minutes, 90 sec jog, 10 minutes, cool down. I stayed with Brent until halfway through the last one when he put about 100m on me. I guess we did Horn backwards into Stonehenge backwards.
