Comments:
With Brent, a tough workout. Went out Zion to Hopewell as a warm up. Then 10 min, 60 second jog, 10 minutes, 90 sec jog, 10 minutes, cool down. I stayed with Brent until halfway through the last one when he put about 100m on me. I guess we did Horn backwards into Stonehenge backwards.

Averaged right about 5:36 pace including the jogs, 5:31 without the jogs. Combined with the terrain, a good workout.
