Exercise Type: Run

I think it was more but I will call it 13. Felt good and foot seems to be completely better. Stretching and icing have helped.

Well foot incident set me back for about 11 days from the first day off until today, but I was still able to get in some decent runs while it was getting better. Don't feel like I lost very much.

Goal of this summer was to take running a little less seriously but still get in the mileage. I think so far so good. I haven't worried to much about running and have taken each run nice and easy. Will start getting better sleep now and I think things will get even better.
