my doctor just cleared me to bike so i gave it a try today. felt really good to get things moving. i had a bit of pain if i got lazy and moved my foot so that i was pushing with the wrong part but other than that no big deal. i wasn't too tired by the end and hardly broke a sweat, but my muscles felt tired...weird
