800 meter race

felt positive as i walked to the track, ready to break 5 minutes, i new what i had to do... the race started and i was traped in the back in the inside aswell.. stayed there for the first lap thinking i would catch up to thepack... MISTAKEEEEE!!!!!!! ended up trying to catch up passed most of the people but it wasn't enough the front was way off my reach and next thing i new i was done, breathing allright, my legs felt good wanted to run more., I new i could have race better, no time to punish myself but only learn from my mistake ready , to prove myself, and beat that watch ...... more detrmined than ever to redeam my self..

then came the 800 did allright.. wasn't feeling it .. could have gone faster, but my lungs were in pain, it was cold...

overall need to do way better, i know i can... but as coach say this is to learn from my mistakes..... learn and improve....
