Comments:
good long run, overdressed a bit. windy first half.
at 50 minutes did 5x 60/60- 5x30/30
that portion was under 6:00/mile
overall long run was 6:23/mile- nice but i forced it abit rather than treat as recovery- last hard day before race wednesday
