Weather: beautiful

Comments:
very nice run through the backstreets around mass ave. i have no idea what their names were. we stopped both at spergel's house and at a mysterious creek. the first was for a bathroom break. the second, thankfully, was not.
for the record, although the bruce springsteen song with this name is about betrayal and heartbreak, the run was quite pleasant.
my long run for the weekend. shins hurt a bit, but a vast improvement from the rest of the week.
