Comments:
Warmed up with the relay team 5 min and did drills. Felt good again today, I'm glad I split the same time again, I was worried I would slow down...I took off too soon in the relay, I'll have to work on that; just got a bit too excited.

Cooled down outside a mile - it's beautiful! Ran about 4 miles with Brett and Drew once we got back to the hotel.
