Ran with Dave Cook for first 3 miles, then he split off. My 4th mile felt miserable, but the whole thing played out okay. Tedchnically it was a 4 mile tempo, but as you'll notice my cooldown was faster than two of my tempo runs. Miles 2 and 4 of the tempo were very uphill, while 1 and 3 were mostly downhill. Avg tempo pace was 7:17.
